Brief summary of the project:

The famous Eventim Apollo Theatre required external maintenance and refurbishment of it’s Grade II listed facade. The theatre itself is situated within a busy residential and commercial area and is also adjacent to the Hammersmith fly-over. The main works consisted of the repairs to the steel frame, concrete and brickwork, in addition to the refurbishment and replacement of the existing windows, doors, metal-work and rainwater goods.

“Cosmur have worked alongside the Hammersmith Apollo Management Team to facilitate external works to the Grade II listed building. The Cosmur Team proactively worked around a range of challenges, including delivery restrictions and noisy works while the various shows were conducting sound checks, and I’d like to thank the team for maintaining a ‘can do’ attitude throughout the project. The additional works to the project were taken on without a problem and nothing was too much for the Cosmur Team. Overall, the project has been delivered to a quality standard and I would love to work with Cosmur again.”
